Sure do - what you want is to go to the right-hand side, or wherever you have the layers, and there should be a little icon that gives you brush options. Click that and there should be a bunch of ticky boxes that say things like "texture" and "scatter," and there's one down below that says "wet edges." That's it! I think choosing that option makes the paint a bit translucent by default, just like watercolor.
